How do I book a class in my account?

All bookings are made through our online booking system. This can be accessed through our App or Website.

To Download the App, head to your App Store and search Clubhouse Tennis

(available on all platforms)

To book online head to our booking page. From here we recommend setting up an account to make it easy to manage & book your classes.

Booking for a child? Accounts should be set up in the parent’s name, within your account you can add each child and make bookings.

What do I need to bring?

Water, hat, suitable clothing for exercise including non-marking shoes (most trainers are suitable). We ask students to bring their own racquets but can provide one if needed.

We suggest labelling all personal items including clothing, water bottles and racquets with a name so if it is left behind, we can easily return to to the owner. If items are not labelled, we take no responsibly for returning the item to their owner.

Do I need to bring my own racquet?

No, if you don’t already own a suitable junior racquet we have you covered. We have plenty of junior racquets on hand which are a suitable size and weight based on your child’s age.

If you do already have a racquet, feel free to bring it along (just make sure your name is on it).

What happens if the class is canceled due to weather?

If a class is canceled due to weather (including rain, wind, heat, air quality) we will contact you via email at least 30mins prior to the start of the class. If you do not receive a message, the class is going ahead.

You will receive a credit in your account to use for an additional class. Credits can be used for the same class or the value can be used for another class, like a Holiday Camp or Event program.

What happens if I need to cancel a class?

You can reschedule your booking by contacting us prior to the start of the class. You can then arrange a make up class to the same value.

If the class has already passed and you can’t reschedule your booking, contact us via email or text message for assistance.


What if I need to cancel multiple classes due to an injury, illness or other personal reason?

We understand this happen so, a refund or credit can be issued for the remainder of the classes missed as long as the coach is given prior warning (as much as possible due to circumstance) about the cancellation. This will be determined at our discretion.

Can I cancel a private session?

Yes as long as you provide 24 hours notice. A credit will be issued which can be used for a future booking. If you do not provide 24 hours notice we cannot guarantee a credit will be issued.

Can I use an ‘Active Kids Voucher’?

Yes! We encourage clients to use their Active Kids vouchers with us. To use as payment, please email the voucher code, students full name and DOB along with the class you are wishing to book. To apply for a voucher, click here.

Please note, we do request that you double check the expiry date and keep in mind that we are unable to provide refunds or credits for classes that are cancelled by a student or coach. This is a policy outside of our control as it is part of the terms and conditions when using the voucher.

Do you offer racquet restringing?

We sure do. We are still awaiting delivery of our new stringing machine for onsite services so in the interim we will be referring bookings, to register for restringing services, fill in the form here.
