Competitive Play is a great way to take your tennis beyond lessons and into real matchplay.
Our competitions are designed to be
fun, welcoming and social
while still giving players the opportunity to challenge themselves on court.
Whether you're a junior learning to play matches or an adult looking for regular weekly competition, we offer a range of formats that suit different ages, abilities and schedules.
Our competitions bring together players from across the Ulladulla, Shoalhaven and South Coast tennis community, creating a friendly but competitive club environment.

The Milton Ulladulla Junior Competition is re-launching in 2026.
The Comp is designed to be fun, social and confidence-building. Players will compete & develop match play skills in a supportive environment with our coaching staff on hand to direct.
With a strong focus on learning, fair play and enjoying the game. Perfect for juniors ready to take the next step from coaching into competition — with a strong emphasis on participation, sportsmanship and having a great time on court.

Our Junior Comp & Matchplay program follows the Tennis Australia Hot Shots & Coloured Ball Competition pathway, letting kids progress naturally through the levels.
Hot Shots is built for kids, not adults — smaller courts and slower balls help children rally sooner, build confidence and learn the game properly, rather than just chasing balls around a full-size court.
By scaling the game to their size and skill, children develop better technique, stronger rallying, and confidence, all while having fun and enjoying match play from the very first session. To learn more about Hot Shots, tap the link below.
Many of the world’s leading tennis nations, including Italy, develop juniors using modified courts and slower balls first. By slowing the game down early, players build stronger movement, coordination and technique before progressing to the full court.

Our Comp will include divisions for players:
• Age 5-8yrs - Red Ball Matchplay
• Ages 8-10yrs - Orange Ball Matchplay
• Ages 10-12yrs - Green Ball Matchplay
• Ages 12-18yrs - Yellowball Matchplay
Divisions are based on age & skill and are a guide. If you are unsure what the best option for your child is, our coaching team is happy to help guide you.

Our Monday Night Competition is a fun and flexible weekly comp designed for intermediate to advanced players looking for quality match play in a relaxed atmosphere.
Open to both men and women, the competition features a mix of competitive tennis and great social energy. The format is doubles with players rotating partners and opponents each week. It’s the perfect way to test your game, stay active and enjoy a great evening of tennis.
Players sign up on the night with the results going towards an individual point score tallied at the end of the comp season.

Suitable for Teens & Adults
For those not playing the Comp, we will also have a Beginner to low-intermediate Social play run alongside.

Our Monday Ladies Competition is a fun and friendly doubles competition played each week at Ulladulla.
Players enjoy a great mix of competitive tennis and social connection. It’s the perfect balance of good tennis, good laughs and a welcoming community on court.
Whether you're a long-time player or new to competition, Monday Ladies is a great way to stay active, challenge yourself and enjoy the social side of tennis.
